Armani.com is Kmart of fashion 0 stras

Never order from Armani site in Australia the return will be changed by UPS and Armani too, terrible horrible customer service from Armani site. Paid $$$$ for goods that are not good quality at all. The shoes are uncomfortable and the materials are poor quality made in Serbia. Do not buy from this brand you will be disappointed. Have to use terrible UPS service for returning this horrible garments of what supposedly be brand called Armani and quality associated wit it is a scam. Armani is a Kmart of fashion not even made in Italy as it use to be. Shame to this once great brand. Extremely dissatisfied will never buy from Armani.com

never order from armani!! SCAM!

never order from armani, they scam you, they took over 3700 euros from me and UPS have not delivered the package to me, they said it should take 8 days so I should get the money back, now it has been 4 months, they do not respond Mail longer. shameful service from such a big company as armani?
stay away !!

One of the best clothes lines in the UK, I have wardrobes full of Armani clothes, I love the brand.

If I could give less stars than one

If I could give less stars than one, I would. I sent back a return over 6 weeks ago that UPS clearly has lost and Armani opened an investigation stating it will be 10 days but a month later, I still don't have my refund. The Armani customer services team have been incredibly unhelpful with a "don't care" attitude. I've never experienced a customer journey like it.

I get better service at the $.99 store

These customer service agents are dog poop. Multiple times over the same issue I got a person asking for my order number and all my info. Freaking at least 15 emails and then they just blow me off. I asked for some a manager or someone in charge of them and they said well please give me all your information for the third freaking time and I will you know I’m pretty much I said no I’ve already given it to you and my request was ignored. I get better service at the $.99 store

Extremely poor

Extremely poor, I just wore it for couple days, and now the looks horrible, just want to let you know, whoever wants to buy this product make sure you pay for what they promise you, the one I received is one has a poor quality,

Refund for return trainers - Poor Customer Service.

Refund for returned trainers. I returned the trainers l purchased as the size was too small using the returns label provided by Armani that also included 3 copies of the proforma invoice as it's going back to Italy and clearly states these to be included and placed on a clear envelope on the outside of the package so customs can process the package using UPS which is delivery company used by Armani (worst delivery company l have ever come across from previous experience). The item was collected by UPS on the 5th July and for 3 weeks now it has been held at ups depot still to be shipped back to Italy for the return. I have contacted Armani customer service many times and spent a number of hours trying to get this resolved with UPS without any success. All that Armani customer service to do is wait around week then put the emphasis me continually having to chase UPS to resolve. Armani - this is the company you use for delivery/returns and have an account with, so do some work and get this resolved. I have now raised a credit card dispute to get this refunded. I would not recommend anyone to order from there online website or get any support with getting issues resolved through their customer services. Order number 0101C0DD321210.

First time I’ve ordered anything from…

First time I’ve ordered anything from Armani, but this was a special birthday, so ordered an expensive watch. Delivery date been changed 3 times and all I’m being told is contact UPS. My contract is with Armani not UPS.....

I’m not satisfied with the delivery services.. Ups company is rubbish.. every time I’m buying from Armani same thing problems with delivery.. never in time plus a bunch of lies from Ups!!!! You are a respectable brand.. please take action regarding your delivery company for Uk.

Horrible customer service, keep on telling me that they'll sort the issue out and send me an email but they never do.

Bad service

Bad service , bad communication. I was a trusted customer of Armani webshop Belgium , but never again i will buy one peace of their bad webshop .
Looking forward that other people also do the same .
